The place deserved 3 stars. The rooms were neat and we could park on site. The amicable and lovely staff greeted us with a smile. The hotel's location was amazing, just off Seahouses, and Bamburgh Castle.
The bed was too firm, that's sad thing.

Brand-new room, bed was exceptionally comfortable plus there was a huge bathroom. The staff where lovely and fabulous in case of questions. The location was great and stunning right on the harbour and met needs well. Moreover, it was so close to the pub next door, the harbour, Bamburgh castle and Farne islands and the sea front.

I came here for 2 nights and had a such wonderful stay. I loved the hotel, its big and outstanding room and very welcoming staff. The location was marvellous and stunning not too far from the beach.

The hotel was in an incredible location, in the middle of the city. Seafood restaurant Lewis's Fish Restaurant was located 5 minutes walk away. The rooms where a nice size and brand-new with fridge, large wardrobe, for instance as described.

The location right on the sea front was amazing and lovely for us. There was The Good Catch nearby to grab something to eat. Our rooms were reasonably large and beautiful with Harbour view, which is run by the National Trust, as for instance as expected.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was free. The personnel was affable, doing their best to assist. The location was incredible and amazing yet it was not very far from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Moreover, such amazing tourist destinations as St Aiden's were just next door to this place. We appreciated the breakfast.

Loved my 2 nights stay. Reasonably large and beautiful room with TV, the bedroom, as for instance, the staff was very very helpful, whenever I needed help. The location was absolutely perfect, near harbour, Bamburgh castle and Farne islands, the sea front and the pub next door. I had coffee at Trotters Family Bakers, located within 5 minutes walk. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.
